How To Reduce Bulge On The Tip Of Elbow?

I have a left elbow bulge about the size of a golf ball right on the tip of the elbow I have seen 2 doctors one in Texas in January in Texas who told me to take eleve and wrap a hot towel around it;and my doctor who says wait until September and surgery may be an option is there anything I can do to reduce or get rid of it

It is necessary determine the nature of this bulge, which could be fatty tissue or anything else. For this reason, I would like to review your tests if you could upload them for a second opinion. Performing a soft tissues ultrasound and an X-ray study may be needed, if you have not performed these tests yet.
