Male enlarged BREAST-Gynacomastia.The treatment for reducing male breasts is mainly Surgical and not exerise, they only enhance the muscles behind the breast-the pectoral muscles.Treatment of choice and the only thing which works is surgery since no medicines or applications help.Plastic Surgery is done through a very small cut and the results are very gratifying.
