hello! This is Fahmay. (Female) I m 19 years old and my weight is 80 kg. I tried all diets but nothing works . I m feel so stressed about my weight. and I feel feverish daily at evening but I checked there is no fever.sometimes I also feel that in fever my throat is shivering. kindly answer my question.
You should have mentioned height also for better understanding of gravity of problem . As a practising physician I always ask my patients to have confidence in themselves that weight can be reduced easily. As you have mentioned you tried diet control, now you need to start physical exertion too. I always advise my patients to go for morning walk/jog for 4 to 5 km every day (start with 1 km). Do other physical activities in morning as well as in evening (total 2 hours).try this for a month along with diet control (fat free, low cereals, boiled vegetables), you will see positive results. Other symptoms you have mentioned are suggesting stress which will go away once you control your weight.
