Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The treatment is usually life long – unless the cause is curable, which is not (mostly inherited)
Life style changes also must – diet & exercise / no tobacco or alcohol

You have not stated the level of cholesterol!
Triglycerides are in “high” range; and benefit from statin too / low carb diet & no alcohol...

Take care
Good luck

hello,i have gone through your question.First of all i would like to know your entire lipid profile to guide you properly, because if you have only isolated elevation of Triglycerides then instead of Storvas i would suggest to take Tab.Adilip 135 mg once a day at bed time.If you have associated high LDL as well serum cholesterol then you must use combinitation of storvas and adilip.
you must continue medicines life long with target to keep ttriglycerides below 200mg.cholesterol target less than 150 and LDL below 100.
my best wishes.
