How To Reduce Back Pain?
Hi I have been having major back pain for 3 months now and it almost feels like someone is pushing and poking really hard on my back and spine or it feels like something sharp is in or is pushing on my spine and back. And now today it hurts to eat or drink cause if I do eat or drink a really sharp pain comes to my spine and back
