General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
Your pain in abdomen and back may be due to duodenal ulcer and problem related to Gall bladder.
Ibuprofen will not help you instead it can aggravate duodenal ulcer. So don't take Ibuprofen any more.
You should start with pentoprazol or any such antacids for burning pain.
You also seem to have some involvement of gall bladder. It may be cholecystitis or gall bladder stone. Ultrasound of abdomen is required for a better diagnosis. Consult your doctor for the same.
Take light diet which is less spicy & less oily till your problem subside.
Hope this will be helpful. Take care.
