How To Reduce Aches, Pain And Stiffness From Neck To Waist?

3 weeks ago I fell flat on my back whilst skating with my granddaughter. Still have intermittant aches and pains and general stiffness especially from neck to waist. Have previously had bulging discs lower back and sciatica, but no issues with this area. What would you advise?

Thank you for sharing your query on Healthcaremagic, I have carefully worked through your case and I recommend you to start taking some anti-inflammatory 2 times a day and a pain killers OTC, a natural muscle relaxant like a hot-water bottle fallow of the gentle massage with ( ice/hot cream or spray ) could help you to relieve the symptoms, do not forget to take a vitamins supplements ( B ) and try to limited your physical activities. I hope that my advice has been helpful, regards
