General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be an aplastic anemia. Mecobalamine does not give a permanent cure. Consult a haematologist and get evaluated, possible options like bone marrow transplantation can be considered.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
