General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Pneumonia 1 month ago ( excluding 7 days in hospital ) , now fever off & on, breathlessness, excessive sweating , very weak ( no energy ) .
All these symptoms still present even after 1 & 1/4 month , these may be due to .
1 Tuberculosis , as all these symptoms are an indication of tuberculosis . Diagnosis can be confirmed by X RAY chest and blood examination for C B C & E S R . However you didn't mention about the sputum and mild degree cough . If sputum present , get in an examination for A F B.
2 Typhoid fever may be the another reason of such symptoms . Get in WIDAL test as well as serology test for typhoid fever.
3 Anemia is another most common cause of such symptoms , so get in an examination for hemoglobin level.
However there are so many other reason of such symptoms but deal as mentioned above . Consult a physician and get his opinion.
Good luck.
