How To Recover From Effects Of Over Masturbation Affecting Penis?

Hi.. I am suffering from the ill effects of over masturbation that I have over the years. My penis size has shrunk and My memory power is poor. You say it and the very next moment I forget it. I have read about the ill effects of over masturbation and would like to know if there is any cure to recover from it. I've stopped the practice completely for a month now. Will that help? Please suggest me.Thanks...

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Scientifically masturbation is not at all injurious to health, in fact it is a bit healthy, but as it is said anything a bit too much is bad. As you have stopped the practice, everything will be back soon. But thinking about your act has caused depression and anxiety in you, so go to a psychiatrist seek help, he will prescribe you an antidepressant, and in around 3 weeks you will be back on track.
