Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Addison disease is a primary adrenal gland insufficiency. Abdominal pain, nausea, lack of appetite, weakness or fall in blood pressure (when suddenly standing) are common symptoms of Addison disease.

Surgery, infections, trauma or any stress can trigger adrenal gland crisis in Addison disease. Common symptoms of adrenal crisis are severe low blood pressure such as dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting (syncope), blurred vision, and severe abdominal/back pain, severe vomiting, diarrhea or confusion.

You should seek immediate medical help if you develop these signs and symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Malik
