i had the habit of watching porn veidos while watching i am getting trasparent fulid firdt and after that in few min's its getting out... i was worried that when i was with my girl this will cause dissatisfaction to my girl friend.. plzz help me to get out of this problem

Hello dear , watching too much porn may lead to premature ejaculation.so stop watching too much of it you may also develop erection problem.Do regular exercise and don't feel worried about future.you will bw able to do with your girlfriend.
