General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concerns. The very first thing is to know and understand what type of bacterial infection you have. For this, I need to have your lab tests reports.

For the moment, I advise to:
- keep well hydrated
- apply good hygienic measures especially when preparing food or when eating or when touching thing appertaining to other's
- don't share your utensils with others
- wash your hands each time you go to toilet

All the best!
