How To Postpone Periods?

hi my mc is comes on 31st of last month. i want to pospond the period in this month by a week. i have premount-n medicine, please suggest me the dosage to pospond the periods. how many days should i continue to consume medicine to pospond the period.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take “primalute-N” 5 mg twice a day starting 3 days before the expected onset of menstruation. You can take the tablet up to two weeks so that you can post pone periods for ten to twelve days maximum. Do not take primalute for more than two weeks. Normal period should occur 2-3 days after the patient has stopped taking tablets.
