How To Plan Conception While On Glyciphage For PCOS?

I have pcos for the last 5 years. I have been advised to take glyciphage sr tablet. Also I plan to conceive in the next few months. Earlier I wouldn t get my periods at all. But now without the hormone tablets I m abe to get then about once in 1.5 to 2 months. I ve lost little weight too compared to my weight status before. Can u advice on how I can take the idea of conceiving further? Is laproscopy required?

I really appreciate your concern, pregnancy or conception is natural and physiological phenomenon may not needs any thing for that in sense of medicine, but of course presence of ovum and sperm are must at the time of coitus, hope this information helps.
