Tough question... hmm Stop the following: 1. Eating fatty foods 2. Drinking too much alcohol 3. Eating too much 4. Drinking too much soda 5. Sleeping after eating Do the following to prevent: 1. Exercises at least 2x week 2. Estimate calorie intake from 300-500 daily I got this tip from my email. When your in a situation that your going to have heart attack (sever pain on the left arm or chest), do the following: 1. Inhale deeply 2. Cough forcibly. This will make your heart pump to keep the circulation flowing 3. Repeat if necessary
