How To Permanently Cure COPD?

i have copd and frequently go on steroids how often can i take them as i feel much better when i take them but after the prescribed amount i go backwards to being very short of breath and very fatigued to the fact i cannot do anything and need to go to bed to keep warm what can i do

There is no cure for COPD. You can control it by medicines and pulmonary rehabilitation. And by applying following steps it can easily controlled.
1. Avoid smoking.
2. Take good inhaler medicines containing long acting beta 2 agonist, inhaled corticosteroids anti long acting anticholinergic.
3. Enroll your self in pulmonary rehabilitation cdnter where chest physiotherapy and yoga are done.
4. Get done adult vaccination like H.Influenza and pneumococcal vaccine.
