I am a 39 year old women that I have been struggling losing weight. I run almost 4 times a week and I do a cardio program with high intensity but I still haven't being able to lose pounds. I guess my problem is what I eat. How can pass this plateau stage and lose weight.

Practice morning walk, yoga, exercises, and keep on working some thing, like doing any work in front. Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed and and early to rise.
