Hello,

It is good to hear that you are able to walk around.

You failed to mention, where you are hurting?

It is common to develop soreness after 24-48 hrs of injury. When muscle injury or sprain occurs it lasts from few days to weeks.

Also at your age it is easy to sustain fractures. So if you notice difficulty in walking or severe pain at a particular site, it is better to get an x-ray done.

Oral and topical analgesics will provide relief from pain. Also include calcium rich food and supplements to promote faster healing.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
