How To Overcome The Problem Of Smelling And Tasting Blood?
I can smell and taste blood (and I have a weird smell thing through my brain and head). Recently, I've gotten some nose bleeds after an accidental elbow in the nose, but when this happens, my nose isn't bleeding. The thing is really annoying and the smell or taste or whatever you want to call it is really strong.

Hi, probably I feel , after injury to your nose, you mayvhave some post nasal bleeding, which cannot seen by you.
If I were your treating doctor, I would prescribe decongestant nasal drops and tablet.
I would sugfest you toget nasa endoscopy done to detect the cause for bleeding.
There is no such entity / disease/ treatment for smelling and tasteing blood.
