Hi Dear
Very likely you are suffereing from recurrent gastroenteritis. In gastroenteritis the inner lining of gaetric tract is inflammed.
I would initially suggest you to go for a stool test. This will rule out whether the problem is bacterial or protozoal.
Antibiotic therapy with ciprofloxacin and metronidazole should be taken for 7 days.
Antispasmodic like cibis or spasmindon can be taken thrice daily.
Take isabghul husk two table spoon before going to bed daily.
It will help in increasing the bulk of stool.
Take light and easily digestable food fir few days.
probiotic like econorm should be taken thrice daily.
