How To Overcome The Neural Problem?

My Father , 64 yrs, has neuro problem.his brain cells are shrinking day by day. We consult so many doctors till 2 yrs. all Alopathy doctors advised that My father has to take regular medicine and there is no remedy to overcome this problem.Pl suggest and guide about it.
