Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

Regarding your query for enlarged adenoids and bending of bone along with headache, would like to say that enlarged adenoids and bending of bone and cartilage of nasal septum is well known for developing sinusitis and which in turn give rise to headache.

You please do these investigations for diagnosis and treatment of your disease-

1- C.T.Scan of paranasal sinuses.

2- Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.

Beside this you please conult your doctor because if there is enlarge adenoids and deviated nasal septum due to elongated and curved septal cartilage and bone than surgery is the only curative treatment.

Regards.
