How To Overcome My Congested Nose Problem?
Hello I have a congested nose problem and today I had a hard time blowing my nose took me a while to clear out the discharge and I had very sticky discharges come out I had to blow my boat several times to get it out and was wondering what it would be. Color of discharge was white/light yellow. I ve been having this problem for a while and just quit smoking as well in hope of getting better.. Please help it is so hard to deal with this on regular basis
