General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

3 days is long enough for this condition to be healed. Usually it takes a week or two until the symptoms subside. During that time, some part of acute pancreatitis cause abdominal cysts and abscesses. This conditions can be very dangerous for you if not controlled and treated in the hospital.
Sweats, chill and vomiting sounds like a large cyst in the abdomen which compresses stomach. Please consult your doctor as soon as possible. You need to have abdominal CT and proper treatment.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
