General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with emotional disturbance insomnia numbness confused crying feeling to hurt thyself I am suggesting strongly that you have developed a major depressive psychosis

In view of this please do a CT scan to rule out organic brain disorder

Meanwhile see a psychiatric specialist for expert clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
