How To Overcome Masturbation Addiction?

hi I m a 26 year old married and I m in a habbit of masturbating a lot since a very young age. I start feeling sexually aroused without any reason(say the time I m studying, driving etc) and start feeling my penis and then find a place and masturbate. I do have sex around 3times a week. I am worried because I cant understand that while I m studying I m concentrating on my studies then how come I start feeling my penis in between and get aroused.

Masturbation is a healthy activity when performed properly with adequate spacings.
If done too frequently, it can harm your physical and mental health.
You can overcome its addiction by getting involved in some physical activity such as playing sports or by getting involved in to certain hobbies like learning music or painting, so that it would help you to take control over the mind through diversions. Also practicing meditation regularly would help to keep your mind under good control and free from unnecessary stress.
