How To Overcome Fear Of Sleeping In Fear Of Oversleeping?

Yeah, I am afraid of sleeping for fear that I will oversleep. I am currently job hunting, trying to find a part time job while in grad school. Good news, I have decided to make a positive change, have lost 13 punds since roughly the first of the month!

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Sleep and oversleep is purely habit based. If you do not disturb the body's circadian rhythm, everything will be perfect whatever habit you choose.

There is no need to worry about your own over sleeping pattern. You have to force yourself to change the habit of over sleeping. You can use alarm clock. Help from your friends or family members.

You over sleep because there is no compulsion which forces you to get up at time. Once you get a job, automatically there will be a compulsion and you will change the habit. Don;t over read and worry.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute detail possible.

Hope this answers your query. Further clarifications are welcome.
Good luck. Take care.
