Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I don't see any other problem in your son than the naturally seen adolescent conflict of mind and options. They, adolescents, go through a complex state of developmental period in which they should find answers for so many questions of life. They are learning. In that process, conflicts and disappointments are natural. Please do not try to advise him. You should take professional help of a psychologist. Two or three sessions of counseling and life training can provide him the boost he requires.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
