How To Overcome Depression And Frustration?

I feel lost lonely sad a lot on my mind can t express how I feel always feel like crying I gets very angry and fustrated sometimes I really need to talk to someone I need help but my husband don t believe in depression he thinks u can just not think about it and it will go away. .... Wat should I do

Dear, It is an emotional setback . Everyone is familiar with feelings of frustration, whether stemming from your efforts falling short of achieving a goal or someone else’s efforts failing to meet your needs .

Though many factors ,as some kind of anxiety , anger, impending fear of future , influence our mind causing this condition .

Whenever you feel like crying ,don't stop yourself Drink cold water and sprinkle some on your face . You will feel light and calm . Close your eyes and relax .
An empty mind is devil's workshop . so engage it in some good cause
Have positive thinking in life . Negativity brings frustration .

Adopt some favorable hobby. Socializing , Reading , seeing TV ,Going for walk , jogging , Deep Breathing and Meditation will relieve you gradually from feeling of depression .
Proper nutrition, stress management and healthy sleep habits and proper hydration are helping source in managing the symptoms of depression

In other words modifying your life style and food habits will be a wiser step towards trouble free life .
Your husband will also cooperate if you change your attitude towards life
