How To Overcome Cortisone Shot Side Effects?
Hi i had 4 cortisone shot in one month and i having this bad headache for two weeks and cannot sleep and I am so dizzy . What should I do ? What kind of food should I avoid ? How long these side effects stay with my body? I will never take cortisone shot again in my life .

It is not common to get side effects of cortizone shots. They work by being directly at the site of action. The total amount of drug in four shots is not huge and it is likely to be gone completely by 1 month after injection.
