dear pavan
premature greying of hair is due to exposure to sun, hormonal changes, improper nutrition
so avoid any reasons to prevent your hair
start taking acid flour 200 2dram 5-5-5 and arsenic alb 200 2dram 5-5-5 along with kali sulph 6x 3-3-3
these are the homeopathic medicines and which does not contain any of chemical which can create any harm to your body
also use arnica hair vitalizer and arnica black shampoo for the same
all the best
