Hi i read your query very carefully.

I would like to recommend to avoid alcohol, smoking cigaretes and unnecessary stress.

If SVT episodes happen try some of the following vagal maneuver:
- Gagging.
- Holding your breath and bearing down (Valsalva maneuver).
- Immersing your face in ice-cold water (diving reflex).
- Coughing.

If the svt doesn't stop than take atenolol.

Hope it was of help!
