How To Manage Chronic Depression Despite Taking Atorvastatin And Levothyroxine?

My sister is very depressed and has been sucial on three separate times last time did cut one wrist she is taking buspirone hcl 10 mg 3 times a day ,bupropion xl 300 mg 1 a day, atorvastatin 80mg 1a day, levothyroxine 75mg 1a day,trazodone 150mg 2 at night,chantix 1mg tablet 1a day and last hydrOXYzine Pam50mg caps she has not done any better infact she has got worse what about her meds should I be concerned

1. consider admission in a Hospital where Psychiatrist available(in view of suicidal ideation)
2.check current thyroid status
3. arrange a counselling session for her to find the triggers
4. your Psychiatrist may go through the treatment history & may suggest a alternative Antidepressent like SSRI
5.consider regular follow up
