Hi,welcome to HCM
In case of low blood pressure while on medications, the safe approach would be to taper the drug dosage to the level which is free of side effects.Completely stopping all the medications would cause rebound increase in blood pressure due to abrupt drug withdrawal.I strongly recommend you to monitor your blood pressure twice weekly.Maintainance of blood pressure between 110-130/60-90 is usually advisable.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
