How To Maintain An Ideal Weight ?

Hello doctor I want to know that if i dont exercise (as i am having exams) but keep my daily calorie intake of 1500calories will it cause weight gain? I am 22yr old female and have been gymn since 4yrs.. My height is 169cm and weight is 54kgs.. I do not want to put on weight bt am very scared that if i dont exercise i will put on weight! Plz help me

Thanks for query,
Taking 1500 calories daily is optimum and it is sufficient for daily activities so with these calories you do not gain weight.
After exam you continue your exercise and gym so your body remain fit and you can add some more calories with food with your taste !
