How To Lower Elevated SGPT Level?
Hi dok husband got 199 sgpt result he was advised by doktorr to take orxoflox for 1 week to lower after taking sgpt result lower to 104. But then since he got cough he takes co amoxiclab for 3 days. Days aftet sgpt rise up again to 150. How can he get quick to lower sgpt since he will get back to work next week.

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned for what SGPT done what was the clinical symptoms ? because underlying cause is important and that need to be treated and it is not just the SGPT that gives some information about the liver pathology but some supportive investigation are very important, hope this information helps, take care.
