How To Lower Blood Pressure?

My GP recently stopped one of my blood pressure tablets - Amlodopine - as my feet had shewn signs of water retention.Today ( after two weeks without Amlodopine ) - my blood pressure is 206 over 81 - and my GP is on holiday for two more weeks. How can I lower it please ?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, as you stated here water retention so it may not be due to antihypertensive drug but it could be due to hypertension it self you may start taking Amlodepine till you see the doctor, if the blood pressure being red by your self only then chances of error would be likely, again hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
