Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty exercising enough because of your asthma and the various inconveniences excess weight has caused you. How much we eat depends on our daily activities. You may eat just a little but, if you are not doing anything much in terms of physical exercises, it may constitute excess food intake for you. Beside exercise, diet and lifestyle modification are helpful. Exercise is not always doing the complicated and intense gym activities, it also means walking around, driving less, taking the stairway, etc. Also, talk to a dietitian to help adjust your diet and follow you up for this. I generally discourage the use of drugs in weight loss unless otherwise indicated.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
