How To Lose Weight?

I have been fighting to lose the weight around my midsection for years I have tried trainers, boot camps, and diets, none of them work for me. I exercise 5 days a week for an hour and a half a day, I eat balanced meals, and I still can't seem to lose the weight. I have not taken any type of diet pill, simply because I shouldn't have to I am 17 years old and for some reason I can't seem to lose the weight.

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concern.

No need to take any diet pills. Follow a strict routine. What you require is patience.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day

Follow this everyday for at least 6 months. You will succeed. All the best.
