How To Lose Weight?

I have given up smoking and have around 20 pounds to loose, I am a life member of weight watchers and would like to loose this weight and still pack up smoking. I gave up smoking in 2008 but went back to smoking in 2011 as was ill with depression, I am trying not to think about this and would hopefully not be ill this time, going to start exercising tomorrow, long walks

Modification of the lifestyle is important. Diet and exercise are a great combination. Diet means a proteinic diet. Include more protein in your eating such as fish, chicken, egg, white egg, cheese, cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, more fruits and vegetables and less carnbohydrates such as pasta, white bread and rice, cookies.
Exercise. Do weight training because it build up muscle and the more muscle you have the more calorie you will burn. And combine force training with cardio. Also different sports can help. If you like disciplines of martial arts you can follow a taekwondo class, kickboxing, etc.
