How To Lose Body Fat?

Is there really a liquid diet that is healthy? I have 7 pounds to lose but I do have digestive issues where the liqiud diet might be better for me to try for a few days. I m menopause right now too. I also have another question not related to weight loss but I think I have been using make-up that makes my eyes itchy and I have been rubbing my eyes and they are red and look irritated besides changing my makeup what should I use to fix that? That in advance for your advice and help

The response to the make-up means that you are allergic to one or more ingredients in the make-up. You can use a topical and oral antihistamine to reduce your present reaction. These would be over the counter. As you stated, you would need to avoid future use.

In terms of the liquid diet, you would need to make sure that you consume enough from the different food groups. It can be healthy once you use healthy options to make up the liquid that you are consuming.
