How To Interpret The Ultrasound Scan Report?

Hi Madam, Good Day My wife had ultrasound today . She completed her 12 weeks of pregnancy .As per the report remarks , She completed her 12 weeks 4 days of pregnancy,placenta low lying, placenta- Anterior grade1 , 2.6 cm from the os . What does it mean? Is there anything to worry about ?
