Hi,

Your USG report showing polycystic ovarian syndrome. You have to investigate further with serum blood sugar estimation and hormonal profile to rule out diabetes and hormonal imbalance.

If sugar level high than Metformin is to be prescribed. You have to reduce weight if you are obese. Hormonal contraceptive pill prescribed to regularize period.

If you are planning for conception and if ovulation defective than Clomiphene can be prescribed to induce ovulation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami,
