Hi, I had a chest X-ray done. can you tell me what the following means in plain english? Apical pleural Fibrosis Suspect Hyperinflation no Infiltrates confluence of markings lungs are aerated no effusions minimal lower thoracic dextroscoliosis Thanks!

welcome to hcm ...there is thickening of covering of lungs plus the lungs are over expanded ...besides these there is bending of spine in lower chest part ...
you may be having breathing difficulties with minimal cough sputum and chronic back pain
i would advise ventilation perfusion scan or spirometry test
in the mean while avoid smoking
