Hello and welcome to HCM,

The interpretation of the semen analysis report is as follows:
The volume of 2 ml is within normal limits. Atleast 2 ml semen should be present per ejaculate.
The sperm count is 25 million per ml which is within normal limits.
The minimum sperm count should be atleast 20 million per ml.
The motility of sperms is a very important parameter.
Atleast 41% sperms should have progressive motion after 1 hour.
In your report only 20% are having rapid motility.
Thus, the motility is less than what is required.

Presence of pus cells suggests infection.
I would suggest you to consult your primary health provider with the report for prescription of antibiotic course to control the infection.

Semen analysis should be repeated after treating the infection since infection can lead to false results also.

Thanks and take care
