hi doc. my son is 6 mos now and i wonder y he's not getting fat though he is taking vitamins. recently, he slowed down drinking milk, and he even drinks more water than his formula too. he is 6.5 kg now. what vitamins would you

The child doubles it's birth weigh by 5 months of age. With regards to weight i don't see any concern.
Also a 6 months old child does not require any nutritional support. The nutrients available in good consumed are sufficient.
