Please I am 21...my beards have not developed like my mates and my penile growth look preety small when flacid...my research online has had me to belive that it might be as a result of testerone level imbalance......I want to know what I can do to reverse the situation and improve penile growth

If you are getting good hard erection the size of the penis in flaccid state does not have any significance .It is the hardness of penis on erection that matters for sexual satisfaction ..
