How To Increase Height?

Hi, I am 23 years old boy.My height is 5 6 and i wanna grow up couple of inches.Is it possible to increase height at this stage of age in any possible way.Because some of people claimed that we can increase after puberty age by increase in bone mass and density, body growth, thickening of cartilage, ligaments and tendons by doing some exercises or use of some herbal medicines.I can do whatever I ll have to do in sake of increasing height.Please giude me.Thankyou

Sorry to say you that at this stage hight can't be increased. After 20 year almost all bones becomes fix in there length after epiphsis fusion with metaphysics.
