hello doctor , I am 22 years old girl, my height is 5 feet and weight is 50kgs.also i have the problem of irregular periods.plz suggest me a way to increase my height atleast 3 inches.

Since ur 22 year old the growth will be very difficult, try skipping and swimming it may help but not assured, height also determined by ur genetics.
